Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk Pemilihan Supplier Batik Menggunakan Algoritma Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp)

Batik is one type of clothing products are growing rapidly in Central Java since several decades , even centuries ago . Until now batik became iconic several areas in Central Java , namely Pekalongan , Yogyakarta and Solo . In the preparation phase of batik , the batik industry prepare for key raw materials such as cotton fabrics , dyes and paraffin . The main raw material is obtained by means of ordering to suppliers of raw materials that have previously been selected by the batik industry in accordance with the criteria of each the batik industry . But in doing that supplier selection, problems are the absence of a definite method for supplier selection decision-making batik material , which resulted in the batik industry prone to make mistakes in the determination of the supplier . In this thesis , we will make a Decision Support System ( DSS ) that will help owners of the batik industry in decision making to determine the suppliers that meet the criteria of each the batik industry . The system is web-based decision support with the PHP programming language and uses MySQL database . Models of decision making in this DSS uses Algorithm Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) . In designing the system uses a method that is often used is the method prototype . The purpose of using this method to fit a standard procedure that should be done starting from analyzing , designing , implementing , and maintaining information systems . That way in the future while making the website easier and minimize errors . Once the system is built based on the design of the initial prototype testing done by comparing the results of SPK Raw Material Supplier Batik with the calculated Expert Choice Software. From this comparison there is a difference ranged from 0.01 to 0.06 due to rounding decimal in Expert Choice Software, but the result does not affect the decision of the best suppliers.
